Do colleagues need to change clothes?
Not at all. Every routine is designed to be done in regular office wear, beside a desk or in a meeting room.
How long is a typical session?
Most teams choose a fifteen-minute slot. We also offer twenty-five-minute deeper sessions for longer workshops.
Can remote teammates join?
Yes. We can stream the session to a video call so colleagues working from home participate alongside the on-site group.
Do you bring equipment?
No equipment is required. All routines use body weight, a chair, and the available floor space.
